    Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

    Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily use our services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

    Disclaimer

    The materials on Easeworks' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Easeworks makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.

    Limitations

    In no event shall Easeworks or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption).

    SMS / Text Messaging

    If you provide your mobile phone number to Easeworks, we may send you text messages related to your employment or your employer's relationship with Easeworks. These messages may include responses to questions you submit, status updates on open requests, appointment reminders, time-sensitive HR or payroll notifications, and account or login-related alerts.

    Consent

    You will only receive text messages from Easeworks if you have provided express consent — either by texting an opt-in keyword (such as START) to our published number, by checking an SMS opt-in box during onboarding, by signing a paper enrollment form, or by another documented opt-in method. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of any service Easeworks provides.

    Message frequency varies based on your active requests and your employer's account activity.

    Costs

    Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

    Opting Out

    You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message we send. After we receive your opt-out, you will receive one final confirmation message and we will not send further messages to that number unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll after opting out, reply START or YES.

    Carrier Disclaimer

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Use of Your Phone Number

    We use the phone number you provide solely to deliver the messages described above and to route inbound replies to the correct case in our internal case-management system. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, your opt-in status, or the contents of text messages with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our SMS delivery (for example, the messaging carrier and our SMS gateway provider, Twilio) is permitted solely for the purpose of transmitting messages to you, and those subcontractors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

    Data Retention

    We retain text-message content and metadata (the sending number, receiving number, timestamp, and delivery status) as part of the case record for as long as the underlying employment or service record is retained, in accordance with applicable law and our standard recordkeeping practices.
